Suite Terms and Conditions
Up to 4 dogs from the same family may share a suite​​​
​Puppies staying in our suites must be potty trained and no longer teething. Destructive behaviors and repeated potty accidents may require moving your dog into a cozy kennel.
Any pet staying in a cozy kennel may be moved into an available suite if they are showing signs of stress, anxiety, claustrophobia etc. 
 In the event we need to move your dog from one accommodation to another we will contact you regarding the change. The boarding rate for the remainder of their stay will reflect the change in accommodations.

Daycare and Boarding Services are contingent upon your dog completing an evaluation and providing documentation of up to date Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines.

Medical waivers and titer tests from licensed veterinarians are accepted.​

Cozy Kennel

Cozy Kennel Terms and Conditions
Any pet staying in a cozy kennel may be moved into an available suite if they are showing signs of stress, anxiety, claustrophobia etc. 
 In the event we need to move your dog from one accommodation to another we will contact you regarding the change. The boarding rate for the remainder of their stay will reflect the change in accommodations.​

Boarding schedule remains the same regardless of hours of operation or holiday/weather related closures 


6:30 - 7:00 Potty Break

7:00 - 8:00 Breakfast

8:00 - 11:00 Open Play
11:00 - 12:00 Nap/Lunches
12:00 - 3:00 Open Play
3:00 - 4:00 Nap/Snacks
4:00 - 7:00 Open Play

7:00 - 8:00 Dinner

8:00 - 9:00 Potty/Play 


The final potty break length may vary depending on the dogs boarding and weather. On very cold or rainy nights we may go in and to bed early.

This schedule is guideline of what we aim to adhere to but it is NOT set in stone. Dogs will be dogs and activity levels may vary. We will modify the schedule in the best interest of the dogs

Packing For Vacation

The only thing you MUST bring is the dog and any medications needed


We recommend you bring:

Food

(Please bring at least one day worth of extra food in case of spilling or needing to add more to compensate for the higher activity level of daily play.)


What you can bring:

Blankets

Treats

(Toys, beds, and blankets are kept in your dogs Suite or Cozy Kennel during his stay. Items that can go in a washing machine will be washed regularly.)


What NOT To Bring:

Favorite toys, blankets etc.

Rawhide Chews



Boarding Rules, Policies,​​ and Extras


Extras

~One on One playtime with a pack leader for 30 minutes  $10 each session

~Peanut Butter Kong at end of the day $3 per day


Providing Food
If you would like us to provide food for your dog during their stay we offer a grain free Salmon and Sweet Potato dry kibble for $3 per day. Green beans, peanut butter, canned pumpkin and chicken broth is kept on hand to entice meal time if necessary. Please inform staff of ANY food allergies you are aware of.


Intact (Not Spayed/Neutered)

      We DO accept intact dogs. For dogs over the age of 9 months there is an additional $5 per day charge.


Medications

Medications must be clearly labeled with the dogs name, last name and correct dosage on each package.

You may bring them in original bottles, prepacked in zip lock bags labeled with date and time to administer on each bag or in a daily pill box. 

Injectable medications must be in the original packaging.


Diabetic Dogs

You must provide syringes for each injection (we will not reuse any syringe), test strips, glucometer, and insulin.


 Epilepsy and Seizure Disorders

: Please provide ample medications as well as emergency medications in the event of a seizure (such as diazepam or phenobarbital). Be sure to inform staff of any compromised liver function or liver disease (shunt or cirrhosis etc.) Name and phone number of your pets' neurologist must be provided.
